Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Qatar Free Zones Authority is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our services and offerings. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues. 3. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. 4. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction. 6. Adhering to call center policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery. 7. Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call quality and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
