Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Starlink Qatar is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the database. 4. Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality service. 5. Identify potential issues and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and listening skills. 5. Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software. 7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
