Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and efficiency 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or to survey customer satisfaction 3. Assist customers with booking reservations, resolving complaints, and answering questions 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company database 5. Meet and exceed performance goals for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on all company products, services, and promotions 7. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience 8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures in a remote work environment

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role 2. Resourceful and hardworking with a proven track record of exceeding performance metrics 3. Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers with grace 4. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office programs 5. Ability to work remotely in a quiet and professional environment 6. Strategic planning and project management skills 7. Excellent time management and organizational skills 8. High school diploma or equivalent required
