Call Center Representative

Job Description:

RasGas Company Limited is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues. 3. Provide accurate information about products and services. 4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Process orders, forms, and applications. 7. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. 8. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 10. Meet or exceed performance metrics set by management.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Strategic planning skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent. 8. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
