Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Entry Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through phone calls from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. 2. Assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and troubleshooting issues. 3. Providing information about Msheireb Properties' services and offerings. 4. Updating customer accounts and documenting interactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborating with team members to meet or exceed performance goals. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. 4. Strategic planning skills to effectively address customer needs. 5. Reliable internet connection and home office setup. 6. No previous experience required.
