Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Silatech is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Doha, QA. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support, answer customer inquiries, and assist with resolving issues.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Providing information about products and services offered by Silatech - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Using strategic planning and negotiation skills to achieve sales targets - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Soft skills in strategic planning and negotiation - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required
