Call Center Representative - Work from home

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate for this position will be adaptable, resourceful, have strong people management skills, and possess excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner 2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints 3. Providing information about products and services 4. Maintaining customer records 5. Meeting call quotas and goals 6. Assisting with online chat support as needed 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently from home 4. High school diploma or equivalent required 5. Strong problem-solving skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 7. Reliable internet connection and home office setup
