Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a motivated and energetic Call Center Representative to join our team in Doha, QA. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests over the phone from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from guests and assist with inquiries, reservations, and issues. 2. Utilize persuasive skills to upsell services and amenities to guests. 3. Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction and brand loyalty. 5. Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the team leader. 6. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service and support.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. 2. Must be driven and energetic with a positive attitude. 3. Excellent persuasion skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 6. Comfortable working remotely and proficient in using technology. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
