Call Center Representative - Work from home

Qatar Airways is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team and work from home in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, issues, and booking requests. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction. 3. Handle customer complaints and resolve them in a professional and timely manner. 4. Utilize available resources to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 5. Follow communication scripts and processes to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. 6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer service. 8. Stay up to date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong analytical skills and ability to think innovatively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Proficient in using computer systems and software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
