Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level employee, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity - Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Driven and hardworking with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Ability to work well in a team environment and make independent decisions - Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
