Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Mall of Qatar is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Doha. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, handling inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and promoting a positive image of the company. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products, services, and promotions. 2. Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Utilize negotiation skills to address any billing or payment issues. 4. Utilize creativity to suggest solutions and upsell additional products or services. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met. 7. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. 8. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with grace. 3. Resourceful and able to think quickly on your feet to solve problems. 4. Strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns and upsell products. 5. Creative thinking to suggest innovative solutions to customer issues. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 9. High school diploma or equivalent.
