Job Description:

Qatar Rail is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Doha. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the customer service industry. As a Remote Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, providing information to customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed - Maintain customer records and update information in the database - Meet and exceed customer service expectations - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
