Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Specialist at Ezdan Holding Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls and emails. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and updating information in the database.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner - Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately - Provide product information and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database - Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet individual and team performance goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
