Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


As a Call Center Specialist at Vodafone Qatar, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will primarily be handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information. Additionally, you will be required to follow up with customers as needed, update customer records, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound calls from customers professionally and effectively - Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues - Update customer records accurately and in a timely manner - Escalate any complex issues to the relevant department for resolution - Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call resolution and customer satisfaction metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and systems - Availability to work part-time hours - Associate level seniority - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
