Job Description:
Katara Hospitality is seeking a passionate and driven Call Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level role, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries and complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, requests, and complaints. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries. 3. Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to customers. 7. Work with the team to meet and exceed customer service goals and KPIs. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Passionate and driven attitude towards providing exceptional customer service. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
