Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

QatarDebate is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, Qatar. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our organization's mission to promote critical thinking and debate skills in Qatar and beyond.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide assistance and information to callers about QatarDebate programs, events, and initiatives. 3. Collect and record accurate information from callers in our database system. 4. Follow up with callers as needed to ensure their questions and concerns are addressed. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and procedures. 6. Meet established call center metrics and goals. 7. Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve caller satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to articulate information clearly. 3. Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote setting. 4. Creativity and leadership skills to effectively problem-solve and manage difficult situations. 5. Proficient in using call center software and databases. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
