Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team at Qatar Airways Cargo. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding cargo shipments, providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and provide updates on cargo shipments - Resolving customer complaints and issues with efficiency and effectiveness - Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resourceful and innovative mindset - Experience with people management is a plus - Must be dedicated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
