Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis in Doha, Qatar. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic and resilient, with strong decision-making and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Provide accurate information to customers and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. 5. Utilize call center software to track and log customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed call center goals and targets. 7. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better serve customers.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong computer skills and proficiency in call center software. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 8. Strong decision-making and analysis skills.
