Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a Call Center Specialist to work from home in Doha, Qatar. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are entry-level with at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and accurately documenting all interactions in the company's system.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve outstanding issues. 3. Provide information about products or services, process orders, and handle customer complaints. 4. Accurately document all customer interactions and update customer records as needed. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and data security. 6. Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. 7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 8. Attend training sessions and team meetings as required to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies. 9. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated personality traits to handle challenging customer situations. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs. 3. Strategic planning and decision-making skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently while managing multiple tasks. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including CRM tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus. 7. Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language skills a bonus.
