Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a passionate and confident Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to users through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to effectively assist customers - Document and track customer interactions and issues to ensure a high level of service quality - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Provide feedback to management on potential product improvements based on customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role preferred - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - High school diploma or equivalent required
