Job Description:
Qatar National Broadband Network (QNBN) is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, QA. As an Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through online chat platforms. This part-time role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through online chat platforms - Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of chat logs - Identify opportunities for improvement in the chat support process and contribute to ongoing process enhancements - Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends to better assist customers - Meet established performance metrics for customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or chat support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
