Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

United Development Company is seeking a reliable and motivated Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through chat, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and technical support. 3. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues remotely, providing step-by-step instructions to customers. 4. Escalate complex technical problems to the appropriate teams for resolution. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 6. Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management systems.
