Job Description:

The Remote Chat Support Assistant at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center will be responsible for providing customer support through online chat platforms. This position is part-time and entry-level, perfect for individuals with a strong work ethic and dedication to customer service. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer support experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve efficiently - Basic project management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Comfortable using online chat platforms and customer support software - No prior experience required, training will be provided
