Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar Rail is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Doha. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient and professional customer service through chat support channels. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and courteous manner. 3. Conduct research to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail when documenting customer interactions. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 6. Meet key performance indicators related to customer service metrics. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and motivated personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. 3. Strong research skills to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 4. Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality customer service. 5. Strong written communication skills for chat-based customer interactions. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
