Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Qatar National Cement Company is seeking a dynamic and proactive Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Doha. As a part-time Associate level role, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing efficient and effective chat support to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of customer service and communication at all times - Assist with strategic planning and improvement of chat support processes - Work closely with other departments to address customer needs and concerns

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in chat support or customer service - Hardworking and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and plan effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
