Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Doha, QA. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, and possess strong teamwork and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and friendly chat support to customers through online messaging platforms. 2. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a professional manner. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers. 4. Monitor chat conversations and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist in improving chat support processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or support roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software. 6. Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity. 7. Energetic and adaptable personality traits.
