Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Qatar Free Zones Authority. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Entry Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates - Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and trends

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role - Confident and driven personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong research and planning skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent
