Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

MEEZA is seeking a dedicated and confident Chat Support Associate to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time entry-level position, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat support in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and basic computer skills
