Job Description:
As a Chat Support Associate at BeIN Sports, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, technical issues, and feedback. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through live chat - Provide product information and assistance with technical problems - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Document and track customer interactions and feedback - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent required
