Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Qatar Sports Investments is seeking a passionate and confident Chat Support Associate to join our team in Doha. As a part-time entry-level role, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptability to changing priorities and situations - Persuasive communication skills to effectively assist customers - Passion for providing excellent customer service
