Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description: Qatar National Broadband Network is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat channels. This role is perfect for individuals who are resilient, reliable, and possess strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately via chat - Troubleshooting technical problems and providing solutions to customers - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborating with team members to improve processes and service delivery

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Ability to adapt to changing technologies and processes - Resilient and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease - Reliable and committed to providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers
