Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a highly motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Chat Support Associate, working from home in Doha, Qatar on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee, the successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat communication - Assist customers with booking cargo shipments, tracking orders, and resolving any issues or concerns - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer needs and find solutions to their inquiries - Collaborate with team members to achieve set goals and meet performance targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using chat support systems and other relevant software - Motivated and resilient attitude towards challenges and setbacks - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture - Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred
