Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Meddy in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote chat support agents to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage a team of remote chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement best practices for customer support interactions via chat. 3. Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. 4. Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Implement chat support tools and technology to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. 8. Provide regular feedback to team members and conduct performance evaluations. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote chat support environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and negotiation skills. 4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 6. Reliable and adaptable personality traits. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
