Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team at Qatar Steel Company. As a Remote Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote chat support agents - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and adherence to company policies - Provide coaching and feedback to agents to help them improve their performance - Develop and implement training programs to support agent development - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and resolve complaints - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support - Ensure that all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Adaptable to changing priorities and able to think on your feet - Strong time management and decision-making skills
