Job Description:
Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and accuracy. 3. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze chat support data to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support. 7. Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in chat support management. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Passionate and hardworking personality traits. 5. Attention to detail and people management soft skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills.
