Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Estithmar Holding is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Doha, QA. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our chat support team and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to deliver exceptional customer service - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Train and onboard new agents to the chat support team - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Create and maintain chat support guidelines and best practices - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Ensure chat support team meets performance targets and KPIs


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in a chat support or customer service management role - Proven track record of managing a chat support team and driving results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and decision-making abilities - Reliable and independent work ethic - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Experience with chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
