Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team at RasGas Company Limited. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Doha, Qatar. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support representatives who provide customer support via online chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and oversee a team of chat support representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery. 2. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and provide feedback to team members. 3. Train and onboard new chat support representatives. 4. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 5. Analyze chat support metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate unresolved cases. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints. 8. Manage team schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours. 9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or chat support. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred. 4. Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 5. Creative problem-solving skills. 6. Strong people management skills. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools.
