Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Katara Hospitality is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Doha, QA. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide customer support via live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and follow up with customers to ensure resolution. 5. Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in a detailed and accurate manner. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company guidelines and best practices for chat support operations.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Proficiency in using chat support software and technology. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
