Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual to join our team at Qatar Science & Technology Park as a Chat Support Officer. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner through online chat - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed - Create and update customer records in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support - Meet and exceed customer service expectations - Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Motivated and resilient attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in computer and internet usage - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
