Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Doha. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to resolve inquiries, issues, and provide product information - Ensure timely responses and resolutions to customer inquiries - Use creativity and adaptability to address unique customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills in all interactions - Provide feedback to help improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by management

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively convey information in written form - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools - Experience in the steel industry or manufacturing sector is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs
