Remote Chat Support Officer

Job Description: Hilton is seeking a Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support in a timely and professional manner - Utilize product knowledge and company resources to effectively address customer needs and resolve issues - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers where appropriate - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with other duties as needed to support the customer service team

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service - Driven and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in innovation and research - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as needed
