Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Chat Support Officer to join our team at Hamad Medical Corporation. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients and healthcare professionals through online chat platforms. This is a part-time, work from home position with the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities: - Respond to chat inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information regarding medical services, appointments, and general inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service quality - Stay updated on medical procedures, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet performance metrics and targets set by management
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate via chat platforms - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure - Project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred - Driven and hardworking with a passion for providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
