Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Steel Company is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Doha, Qatar. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 4. Conduct research to provide customers with relevant information and solutions. 5. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and procedures. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits. 2. Strong people management and research skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
