Job Description:
As a Chat Support Representative at Aspire Zone Foundation in Doha, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat interactions. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing assistance with product features and functionality.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Educate customers on product features, functionality, and best practices - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing all concerns promptly and professionally - Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer support experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support - Reliable and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users - Ability to work well in a team environment and manage interactions with people effectively - Proficiency with chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
