Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Mall of Qatar. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online shoppers through chat communication. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication - Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong research skills to quickly find solutions and information - Resilient and able to handle high-stress situations with professionalism - Driven to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of basic computer applications and chat software
