Job Description: As a Chat Support Representative for Hilton, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support. This is a work from home position based in Doha, QA. You will be expected to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Hilton's services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat. 2. Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and general information about Hilton properties. 3. Provide troubleshooting and technical support for customers using Hilton's online platforms. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and online booking systems. 6. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 7. Soft skills in creativity and project management. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
