Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Aeronautical College is seeking a Chat Support Representative to work from home on a part-time basis in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to students, faculty, and staff of the college.

Responsibilities: - Respond to chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Assist students with questions related to admissions, registration, courses, and other college-related inquiries - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience - Maintain accurate records of all interactions - Uphold the company's standards of excellence and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and reliable personality traits - Strong presentation skills - Innovative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Must be based in Doha, Qatar
