Chat Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Qatar Mobility Innovations Center is seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms to our clients. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately through online chat platforms. - Provide technical support to customers regarding our products and services. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further assistance. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Excellent written communication skills. - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High level of cooperation and ability to work well under pressure. - Must be dedicated to providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
