Job Description:
As a Chat Support Representative for Mall of Qatar, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to their concerns in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' questions and concerns - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on Mall of Qatar's products, services, and promotions - Work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
