Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Ezdan Holding Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Educate customers on products and services offered by Ezdan Holding Group - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide a seamless experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and adaptable with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent written communication skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
